A credit-card-sized metal card arrived full of snap-out tools — what are they all for?
Somebody sent me a flat metal card, roughly the size of a bank card, with a set of small shapes stamped into it that can be snapped out. Most look fishing-related to me — there are things that could be hooks and something that might be a lure — but several I cannot identify at all.
I was considering passing it on to my nephew when he turns fourteen and I would like to know what it actually is before I do.
Can anyone identify this category of object and explain what the pieces do?

That is a survival or fishing tool card — a flat stamped sheet where each tool is held in place by small tabs and snapped out when needed.
The usual contents, and what they are:
The key thing to understand about the format: the tools do not go back. Once snapped out they stay out, and there is no way to reattach them. It is a one-way object designed to be carried flat in a wallet and used once in an emergency.
