Does Qwoted actually enforce it, or is that a line nobody reads?

backlink-outreach-js is at least upfront about what it is: search a keyword, drop competitors, scrape contacts, write an email plus two follow-ups. The prompt for the last follow-up literally says sense of urgency, last chance. Nothing illegal, but everyone who runs a resource page has had that third email a hundred times and deletes it on sight.
