On the label point, the distinction that catches people selling at a market: describing what a bar is made of is generally fine, and claiming what it does to skin often moves it into a regulated category with completely different rules.

Words to be careful with: anything about healing, treating, antibacterial, or naming a skin condition. Rules vary by country and the fines are not small. Check before printing labels rather than after.
