Half agree. My discriminator is whether the sheet has a manual step in the middle. If a human copies something in every Tuesday, that is a product. If it is only formulas, leave it alone.

The counter-case exists though. Plenty of gaps stay open purely because the incumbent is large and slow, and that is most of what a small team can actually win on.
