Every keyword tool I have used reports 10 to 100 a month for genuinely real niches, because the volume is spread across phrasings nobody thought to group. I have twice talked myself out of something on a number that turned out to be wrong by an order of magnitude.
The number is not the measurement. The number is a prompt to go and look.
