For your three listed uses, streaming from abroad is the only one where the choice bites, and it bites in an unglamorous way: the provider with more effort spent on unblocking will work more often and neither will promise it. If that is a genuine requirement, test it during a trial or a single paid month before you move anything. Nothing else in your list distinguishes them.

Genuine question back at you: do those three sites need WordPress? Two of my client sites were brochureware that changed twice a year, and moving them to static hosting took the monthly cost to zero and the maintenance to nothing. The third had a booking form and stayed on a real host.

For a household the family plan with a shared collection is the part that solves your actual problem.
Compare it to what you are doing now rather than to perfect. Four variations on one password means that a single breach at a site you forgot you had an account with hands an attacker a working guess at your email, and your email is the reset button for everything else. A vault concentrates risk in one place that is encrypted, that you control the key to, and that you can protect with a second factor. Concentrated and defended beats scattered and defenceless, which is the actual choice on the table.
