Realistic note on asking for ISO: I asked, they agreed, and it changed for two months before a system update put it back. If the sender is an ordinary business their export format is not something a person controls.
So build the import assuming the format will drift, rather than assuming a conversation fixed it. Mine now fails loudly on an unexpected pattern instead of guessing.
