Service records are what settle these. A refusal is usually a first position rather than a final one, and documentation moves it.

What is worth keeping: dated invoices from every tuning, any technician's written notes about condition, and the delivery paperwork. Together that is a maintenance history, and a manufacturer arguing neglect against a documented history tends to reconsider.

Costs nothing to keep and it is worthless to assemble after the fact.
