Define small properly or this does not work: one screen, one problem, and something a person could describe in a sentence. If it needs a tour, it is not small and it will not survive being priced early.
The test I use is whether a stranger can go from landing to the thing working in under two minutes without me. Anything that fails that is not ready to be sold, whatever it does.
