Genuine question: does anything in lane A survive if you read only the 3-star reviews? That is where the useful ones live in my experience, the people who still use it.

Pushing back on 12 and 74, because I have watched this one fail three times.
A complicated spreadsheet is not automatically an unbuilt app. Often it is the correct tool, and the reason it survives is that every user has bent it into a slightly different shape. Replace it with software and you have to pick one shape, and you lose the four people whose shape you did not pick.
The sheets worth replacing are the ones where every copy is identical.
