Cutting light hours mostly does not fix green spot, which matches what you saw. Intensity and nutrient balance matter far more than duration for this one specifically.

Slowly grinding through straddle planche work and keeping notes on every failed week.
If you are going from 90 to 140 quickly, ramp over a couple of weeks rather than overnight, especially if a lot of the new protein is dairy or legumes. Your digestion will have opinions. And if there is any medical reason behind the target, a dietitian is worth one session to sanity check the number itself.
Also check whether your arriving airport requires you to clear immigration at the first point of entry even if you are only transiting. In some countries you do, in others you can stay airside on a through ticket. That single rule can swing the required time by an hour and a half, and it is on the destination's official border agency site rather than on any booking engine.
You will never win that argument either. They are not empowered to make exceptions and the queue behind you is not on your side.
Fibre is the other half of the answer. Beans, lentils, oats and whole fruit hold me for hours in a way that the same calories of white bread simply do not. Ramp it up gradually over a couple of weeks rather than all at once or your digestion will make its feelings known.
Also look at first class before you write it off. On busy routes the cheap second class buckets go first, and first can end up only 15 to 20 percent more expensive than the last remaining second class seat, sometimes less. Worth ten seconds of checking.
Taking the one before last is a rule I will now apply everywhere.
The half a day per move framing settles it. Two bases, and the third city gets its own trip another year.
Also do not vacuum the substrate around it. The runners sit just under the surface and a gravel vac will rip up a month of progress in one pass. Hover the siphon above the carpet instead.
A thousand in an envelope is a bad idea in essentially every country. If it is lost or stolen it is simply gone, whereas a card gets cancelled and replaced. Carry what you need for a few days at a time and top up as you go.
