Lost four years because I assumed the export I had was the export. It contained daily totals and none of the detail, and the detail was the part I cared about.
Do what the second comment says and actually open the file. Count the rows, look for the fields you would miss, and if it is a summary, ask support for a full export while there is still somebody to ask. After the shutdown there is nobody to ask.
