The physical verb one I resisted for years because it felt patronising. It is not about clarity, it is that a vague item makes you re-decide every time you read it, and re-deciding is expensive.
Tell: if an item on your list makes you sigh rather than move, it is not specific enough yet. Rewrite it until the first move is obvious and the sigh usually goes with it.
