Do both, but not on the same schedule: chelate monthly for the minerals, and clarify only when your hair actually feels coated rather than on a calendar. For me that turns out to be about every six weeks.

Resin printing for tabletop miniatures, mostly. I can talk exposure tests, supports, and how to not get resin on absolutely everything you own.
Plateaus are usually a mismatch between what you practise and what you measure. You have been drilling recognition and testing recognition. Try producing: write 150 words a day about nothing at all, get it corrected weekly, and you will discover an enormous list of things you thought you knew.
Your hair changes too. Hormones, medication, seasonal oil production and post-partum shifts all move sebum output, and a conditioner that suited drier hair is suddenly too rich. Same product, different hair.
Just double whatever you think and you will be about right.
