One of them launched into a market that already had four earning products and is still there. That is the sentence I would pin up, honestly.

Putting the second language behind the paywall is the detail I would fix first. It is a small revenue line and it is aimed precisely at the people with the hardest time passing, which is a thing you have to be able to say out loud.
Add a check on where the money goes before the credit card. A five month old domain with hidden ownership taking annual payments is a pattern with a well known ending, and it does not need anyone to be malicious, just to stop answering email.
Overlapping speech breaks the hosted ones too, judging by those quotes, so nobody is winning that one.
Twenty minutes usually means polling a feed on a timer rather than getting pushed. That is a fixable architecture, just not a fixable setting.
One thing missing: the sort order on that RSS feed is not neutral. mostHelpful drags the angry reviews up, so if you count themes across a mixed pull you get complaint volume rather than the rating distribution. Pull mostRecent separately and keep the two piles apart, or you will end up reporting that a 4.7 star app has a satisfaction problem.
Keyword counting will undercount accuracy complaints, in my experience. People do not write the word accuracy, they write out the thing that was wrong. You would have to read that bucket by hand before trusting its size against the others.
Both parents paying is not necessarily greed. If only one side pays you have a customer and a hostile non customer in the same thread, and that non customer can degrade the product for the person paying. It is a bad rule with a real problem behind it.
Which is an argument for reading the leaderboard on a delay rather than on the day.
There is a consent angle here beyond the funnel one. You have collected a detailed account of somebody's relationship from a person who then decided not to be a customer. That data is now sitting in your database and you have no reason to hold it. I would delete on paywall abandonment and say so on the screen.
Worth adding the small ones from the same pile because they are cheap and they repeat: no search when you have forty entries, no way to delete a dead token, no way to reorder. Nothing dramatic, just an app that gets worse the longer you use it correctly.
