Check the audio track while you are in there. AAC at 192 to 256 kbps stereo is transparent for speech and music both, and an uncompressed track on a ten minute file is around 100 MB on its own. I have seen people fight the video bitrate for an hour while a PCM stereo track quietly sat there.
You are probably just tired. Vocabulary does not disappear in a month.
Get gloves with wrist padding.
Check for a currency symbol or a three letter code inside the cell as well. One stray symbol on 40 rows gives you exactly the VALUE errors on a subset that you described.

Do not, everyone learns this by ruining one interview. If you ever cannot avoid a dimmer, turning it fully to maximum often takes it out of the chopping range entirely.
Almost certainly induced hum rather than a ground loop, and the head-turning detail is what tells you. A lav cable running near mains, a dimmer, a fluorescent ballast or a laptop charger acts as an antenna, and body position changes the coupling. Fixes in order: find and kill the offending device, because dimmers are by far the worst offender, reroute the cable away from mains and cross it at right angles if you must cross, and if your recorder is plugged into the wall, run it on batteries instead. Notching 50 or 60Hz also mangles the harmonics, so five minutes at the source is worth it.
Long shot, but check for a stray leading apostrophe. It does not display in the cell, it forces the value to text, and it survives most cleanup attempts. You can only see it in the formula bar.
