Best thing you can do is stop reading the gauge and start tracking the trip meter. Fill up, zero it, and after a few tanks you'll know that your car does around 550 km comfortably and 620 if you're being brave. That number is more accurate than any gauge and it doesn't lie on hills.

Adding to this, check your standoffs while the case is open. One extra standoff under the board in the wrong spot will bow it just enough to do this and it's maddening to chase.
There is a visible droop, maybe 4mm at the far end. Propping it up tonight.
240C with nothing added took the tackiness off completely. I did not expect that to work on an existing coat.
Good method but go slow and keep the drill dead square, otherwise you wander sideways into the door frame and now you have a bigger job.
