Can confirm. I did this after nearly dropping a table in the wrong console and I've never mixed them up since.

One rule I added that fixed this permanently: every task gets a review date, and anything that goes past its date three times gets deleted rather than rescheduled. If I've deferred it three times, I'm not going to do it, and pretending otherwise is what makes lists rot.
3ms. And it's now the same for every tenant. The bit I hadn't understood is that column order in a composite index matters that much.
The one question that would flip me: does the job the form kicks off need live progress? If users need to watch it, you're adding polling or a socket anyway and some of the SPA argument comes back. If a page refresh showing status is acceptable, server render it and go home early.

Whatever you pick, test the phone experience first rather than last. You'll do 70% of your capture there and most of these tools are designed on a desktop and grafted onto mobile afterwards. If adding a task takes more than about four seconds from a locked phone, you won't do it, and then nothing else matters.
